The Vision Behind The Lens

I photograph live music because every performance is a one-time event. The lighting, the crowd, the emotion, and the connection between artist and audience can never be repeated exactly the same way.

Why I Photograph Live Music

Every performance is a one-time event. The lighting, the crowd, the emotion — it can never be repeated. The job is to preserve the energy of the room.

Photography Style

High-contrast, unfiltered, gritty. I lean into the stage lighting rather than fight it, and I look for the moment between notes when the performer disappears into the song.
